Uses
Elevit is designed as a dietary supplement for use by women before conception, during pregnancy, and whilst breastfeeding.

It is important during, as well as before and after a pregnancy to provide the necessary nourishment for a fetus or baby. Elevit is designed specifically to meet this need, helping you to produce an all round healthier baby.

Elevit is proven to substantially lower the risk of birth and development complications such as neural tube defects which result in conditions like spina bifida. It has already been used with positive results for over 1 million pregnancies.

Dosage and administration
Elevit is for daily use, and should be taking alongside food.

For best results it is recommended you begin taking Elevit at least 3 months before you start trying for a baby, and continue taking it through the pregnancy and after the birth, stopping when you cease breastfeeding.

Precautions
Always consult your physician before taking Elevit if any of the following conditions apply to you.

• Abnormally high levels of either vitamin D, or calcium
• Any kind of kidney condition
• Any abnormalities processing chemicals
• Any abnormalities storing iron

You should never exceed the dose recommended to you by your physician, or recommended on the Elevit packaging.
