Ethasyl is an anti-hemorrhage medication prescribed as a treatment to prevent capillary hemorrhages associated with haematuria, haemoptysis, and menorrhagia. It works by rebalancing abnormal platelet adhesion.
Dosage and administration
The correct dosage will depend on the patient's condition, its severity, as well as their health condition and medical history. Strictly follow your prescription when dosing.
An example of a common prescription is 250mg to 500mg, taken 1 to 4 times per day alongside meals. Treatment usually lasts until your condition has significantly improved enough. Regular checkups are required when taking Ethasyl so your physician can adjust your dose as required.
