Uses
Kelo-cote spray is used to help heal scars, and to reduce any pain, itching, or discomfort. It is used to treat general scars, and well as keloid hypertrophic scars. It is suitable those with sensitive skin and children, and may sometimes be prescribed in combination with other medication to treat scarring.
It is a self-drying, silicone based gel which can be applied to joints and hairy skin areas. Once applied and allowed to dry, it leaves a protective layer which is transparent, odorless, breathable, flexible and waterproof for a period of 12 hours.
Dosage and administration
Always apply as prescribed by your physician. Dose and frequency of use can vary person to person.
First clean the area you wish to apply the gel to, and allow to dry. Then spray a thin layer directly onto the area of skin you wish to treat, and leave uncovered for approximately 5 minutes to allow to dry. When dry the gel is totally waterproof.
For best results apply gel twice a day, morning and evening, to keep a consistent layer of protection over the scarred area.
Side effects
Studies have shown Kelo-Cote to be a very well tolerated medicine with no observed side effects when used properly.

Prior to use, inform your physician if you have any allergies, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you are using any other medication, including non-prescription medicine, supplements, and vitamins.
