Uses
Nicodoxy is a synthetic derivative of oxytetracycline, a broad spectrum anti-biotic which will help reduce bacteria that has become resistant to other medical treatment.
This medication can be prescribed for a variety of bacteria caused conditions including:
- Pneumonia
- Chlamydia
- Thphus
- Rocky mountain Fever
- Tick fever
- Syphilis
- Urinary tract infections (UTI)
- Respiratory infections
- Plague
- Cholera
- Tubaremia
- Gonorrhea
- Lyme disease
- Acne
- Maleria
- Anthrax
- Rosacea
- Periodontitis
Dosage and administration
Correct dosage will vary from patient to patient depending on the condition which is being treated, as well as the patient’s weight, age, medical history, and responses to medication already used.
Typical dosage can vary from 50mg to 200mg per day, either taken in one dosing or divided into two even dosages and taken twice a day. Courses of Nicodoxy can vary from 7 weeks to several months in length.
Capsules should always be swallowed whole. Do not crush, split, chew, or dissolve the capsules.
Side effects
Mild side effects include:
- Nausea
- Vomiting
- Diarrhea
- Indigestion
- Heart burn
- Unexplaiuned photosensitivity (sensitivity to sunlight)
- Unexplained decrease in appetite
Serious side effects requiring immediate medical attention include:
- Trouble swallowing (dysphagia)
- Severe throat pain
- Severe diarrhea
- Severe cramps in the abdomen/stomach area
- Bloody stool
- Unusual headaches
- Blurry vision
- Unexplained rashes
- Painful joints
- Symptoms of a fever
- Weakness or fatigue
- Liver impairment
- Irritated esophagus (symptoms of esophagitis)
- Intracranial hypertension (increased pressure inside the skull
- Lupus
- Loss of red blood cells (hemolytic anemia) and/or decrease in platelets in the blood (thrombocytopenia)
- Swollen tongue (glossitis)
- Intestinal infection (enterocolitis)
- Vaginal infection
If you think you have suffered an allergic reaction immediately seek emergency medical care. Possible symptoms of a reaction include swelling, difficulty breathing, rashes, and hives.
