Recotgesic Anal Cream Indications
Rectogesic Anal Ointment (Glyceryl Trinitrate) is used to reduce the pain caused by anal fissures. It may also help reduce pain caused by haemorrhoids and haemorrhoidectomy.
An anal fissure is a tear in the anus usually caused by constipation.
Recotgesic Anal Cream Application
Recotgesic Anal Ointment should be applied inside the anus. A 1 to 1.5cm strip of ointment should be applied. Wash your hands before applying.
While taking Rectogesic you should also try to prevent constipation which may cause futher problems.
How Does Recotgesic Anal Cream Work?
Rectogesic will increase blood flow to the anus and help relax the internal sphincter muscle.
Rectogesic Anal Cream Side Effects and Contraindications
Rectogesic should not be taken with sildenafil citrate (Viagra), tadalafil (Cialis), vardenafil (Levitra) or any other PDE5 inhibitors used to treat erectile dysfunction.
Safety of Rectogesic has not been tested in pregnant or breatfeeding women or children.
The most common side effect of nitrates is headache. If you notice any other side effects or if headaches become sever or persistant, stop treatment and see your physician. Delivery Time: 7-14 Days
