Uses
Relent is an antihistamine comprising of Cetirizine and Ambroxol. It is primarily used to treat allergies, urticaria, angiodema, and hay fever. It works be reducing the amount of natural histamine in the patient's system, alleviating symptoms such as itchiness, watery eyes, runny nose, as well as sneezing.

Dosage and administration
This medication is for management of allergy symptoms only and should never be used to treat allergic reactions or attacks.

Always follow the instructions provided by your physician as dosage can vary from patient to patient dependent upon their current health, medical history, and the severity of the allergies being treated.

The tablets are designed to be chewed before swallowed. Dose either with or without food. If you experience an upset stomach when dosing, trying taking alongside food to help settle the stomach.

Side effects
Possible side effects which are usually mild in severity include the following. Report all of these to your physician, doing so as soon as possible if they persist or worsen.

• Headaches
• Dizziness
• Drowsiness
• Tiredness
• Dry mouth
• Sore throat
• Coughing
• Nausea
• Constipation

More serious side effects which require immediate medical attention are listed below.

• Sudden weakness, shakiness, confusion, or restlessness
• Insomnia
• Vision changes
• Urination or urine changes
• Changes to your heartbeat or heart rate

Relent is not safe for all patients. Always disclose any of the following information to your physician before use.

• If you are pregnant, trying to conceive, or breastfeeding
• Any allergies you have
• Any illnesses or conditions you have
• Any supplements, vitamins, or herbal products
• Any other drugs or medication you are taking
