Uses
Satrogyl is an anti-amoebic, antiprotozoal,and anti-bacterial medicine which belongs to the group of ritroimidazole drugs. It can be used to treat a range of conditions, including trichomoniasis, giardiasis, periodontitis, liver abscesses, anaerobic infections, intestinal amoebiasis, and hepatic amoebiasis.

Dosage and Administration
For directions for dosing and administration, always follow the instructions of your physician, who will prescribe your course of medication based on the condition to be treated, as well as your current health and past medical history.

Tablets are usually taken orally, usually with or without food, and swallowed whole alongside plenty of water.

Depending on what condition is being treated, dosage can vary from 300-600mg a dose, taken 1- 2 times a day for a period of 3-10 days.

Side Effects
Possible side effects when taking Starogyl include the following. Inform your physician of any you experience.

• Palpitations
• Changes to blood pressure and/or heart rate
• Deeling weakness, dizziness, or nervousness
• Headaches
• Dry mouth
