Use
Unisom Sleep Gels are prescribed to help occasional sleeplessness, helping you to fall asleep and sleep deeply until the morning. The main ingredient is diphenhydramine, the number one recommended drug for insomnia by pharmacists.
Dosage and Administration
Unisom sleeping gels should be taking with a full glass of water, with or without food. The usual dosage is one capsule taken shortly before sleeping.
If you see no improvement after 7 days of use consult your physician.
Never take a higher dose than directed or recommended. Though safe at recommended dosages, antihistamines can become dangerous when taken in higher quantities.

Precautions

When you are taking Unisom Sleep Gels:
- Never allow children under the age of 12 to consume
- Do not drive or operate any dangerous machinery shortly after taking, and always take special care the morning after taking
- Do not consume alcohol
- Do not give this medication to anybody else, even if the person may has the exact condition and symptoms you do
- Do not take more than directed. In high quantities this medication can be dangerous
- Always disclose that you have been taking Unisom Sleep Gels to any physicians or other healthcare professionals treating you
- Consult your physician if you have been using Unisom Sleep Gels for over 7 days and haven’t seen an improvement
- If you suspect you may have suffered an allergic reaction, seek immediate medical attention
