Uses
YAZ in an oral contraceptive which contains estrogen and progestin, and is prescribed to prevent pregnancy and treat severe cases of premenstrual syndrome.
Dosage and administration
How much you take depends on your condition. However you must always take strictly as directed by your physician.

Side effects
As with all medication, YAZ has the potential to cause side effects in some patients. Common side effects of YAZ include breakthrough bleeding or spotting in between cycles, your cycle completely stopping completely, or a change in your cycle. If these symptoms persist, worsen, or become bothersome contact your physician.
Less common side effects of YAZ include headaches, vaginal infection, increased blood pressure, and migraines. If you experience any of these symptoms and they worry you, contact your physician.
Precautions
Tell your physician if you have allergies to any other medication, dyes, food, preservatives, or any other substances, or if you are pregnant, trying to become pregnant, or breastfeeding, along details of any other prescription or non-prescription medicine you are taking.
Tobacco, grapefruit juice, caffeine, and alcohol may interact with YAZ, so discuss with your physician your use of these substances while taking this medication.
Tell your physician if you have any history of abnormal menstrual cycles, kidney or liver problems, blood clots, heart problems, stroke, hypertension, depression, high cholesterol or potassium in your blood, cancer, or problems related to your gallbladder. Delivery Time: 7-14 Days
