It is used for all types of depression and disorders, and can be prescribed for other uses. Dosage Zoloft should be taken once daily, either in the morning or evening. Side effects The most common side effects include upset stomach, having trouble sleeping, diarrhoea, dry mouth, sexual side effects, feeling unusually sleepy or tired, tremor, indigestion, increase of sweating, feeling agitated, and decreased appetite. Precautions It may take a few weeks before this medicine starts to work. If youre taking Zoloft and youre pregnant or trying to get pregnant, let your doctor know.
