ZuluĀ® | Zulu (Tizanidine HCL/Nimesulide) - 2mg/100mg (10 Tablets)

Main Use Active Integredient Marketed Name
Treating moderate inflammatory or pains Tizanidine and Nimesulide ZuluĀ®

Uses
Zulu is used to help manage and treat moderate inflammatory or pains which are caused by sprains, lumbago, post-operative trauma, injuries from sports, rheumatoid arthritis, fractures, or spondylitis.

It can also be used to help manage spasticity, as it will temporarily relax the patient's muscles.

It belongs to a group of medicines known as NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs), and works by inhibiting certain nerve impulses which are sent to the brain, helping to block out the pain associated with these kinds of injuries and conditions.

Dosage and administration
Strictly follow your prescription as instructed by your physician. Do not self-medicate or alter your dosage unless advised to do so by your physician.

The correct dosage will vary depending on the patient and the precise condition being treated. The typical dosage is 100mg to 200mg, taken 1 to 3 times per day with a large glass of water. Allow at least 6 hours between each dose. Never dose more than 3 times per day as doing so could cause liver damage.

Never abruptly stop taking this medication. First consult your physician about how to gradually stop taking Zulu. If you abruptly stop taking it there is a risk of serious withdrawal symptoms.

While taking Zulu you may need to have regular liver function tests.
