Uses
Arcoxia (Etoricoxib) is a type of anti-inflammatory drug which is used to treat the pain and inflammation caused by such illnesses as arthritis and gout. It is proven to alleviate these symptoms by blocking the production of cyclo-oxygenase-2 (COX-2), a substance which occurs as a reaction to these conditions, causing symptoms like inflammation.

Dosage and Administration
Patients who have been prescribed Arcoxia (Etoricoxib) are normally advised to dose once a day. This can be done either with or without food. Correct dosage varies depending on the patient and their condition, so it is important to always dose as instructed by your physician.

Side effects
Common side effects which have been reported by patients taking Arcoxia (Etoricoxib) include swelling of tissue, hypertension, palpitations and feeling fatigued.
